**(Those wishing to take the exam are required to make a payment of 430 zł./1 application to the bank account 36 1020 1156 0000 7502 0007 5077 with the note: Qualification exam (E and/or D for selected group), name, scope of examination. Payment must be made before taking the exam. You must come to the exam with proof of payment. Attention !!! The person taking the exam must present: identity card, documents confirming directional education and professional practice in accordance with the Regulation of 01.07.2022 on detailed rules for ascertaining the possession of qualifications by persons engaged in the operation of devices, installations and networks (D. U. of 01.07.2022, item 1392).
